Our Luxury boarding Kennels and Cattery are owned and were built by Bill and Denise Whitehair, and are situated in the beautiful countryside of Alhaurin El Grande, Malaga on the Costa Del Sol and is one of the few kennels fully licensed, inspected and approved by the Junta de Andalucia.

We are fully licensed, inspected and approved by the Junta de Andalucia and are one of the few kennels to have a zoological license: ES290080000480.

Without a zoological license a kennel is not legal and should not be trading

Having sold our kennels in England, we came to Spain to establish a superior “Hotel for cats and dogs”. With twenty years experience of boarding cats and dogs in London our expert knowledge was put into the planning and design of Cat and Dog World, to give all animals in our care first class facilities and professional care.

It was also ‘our mission’ help the abused and abandoned cats in our area when space and finances permit. Dogs are well cared for by rescue associations in the area but not many people have the facility to house cats securely.

So The Gift Of Life Spanish Cat Rescue was founded.
